Sometimes I just kind of draw a bunch of potential panels, and wait for dialogue to come to me to fill them. Usually it turns out terrible that way but in this case, I'm actually really happy with the strip that resulted.

I've been experimenting a lot, artistically, really trying to break out of my comfortable style more, get things more exaggerated and more cartoony and more expressive. I feel I have a very boring, static style, and anything I can do to make it a little more interesting or dynamic is good because, like many people who do art probably, sometimes I hate looking at my own stuff, because all I see are flaws and what I WANTED it to be.

I actually MAY redraw the last panel, because it's certainly the weak link of this strip, from an art standpoint, and it's really gnawing at me. But I wanted to get this posted, because it's been so long.
